This south facing villa, with peek-a-boo sea views, features a large terrace and heated pool, perfect for family fun and entertaining. The property is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, half way between the picturesque villages of Biot and Valbonne, 15 minutes from the historical port of Antibes, and 20 minutes from Nice airport.

The villa accommodates up to 10 people with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one bedroom is a separate independent large suite with a sitting area and flat screen television. The villa has a bright and spacious living, dining and kitchen area with sliding doors opening to the terrace and view. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped, including a family dining area. There is a library room with bar, satellite TV, a Blu-ray DVD player and Wii.

The large terrace is shaded with awnings where one can enjoy the panoramic view, dining al fresco under the pergola, and relaxing on sun loungers. Steps lead down to the 12x5 meter heated saline pool and boules court. The surrounding Mediterranean garden also has a badminton net, basketball hoop, football pitch, boules pitch and table tennis for the entertainment of the whole family.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, alarm and is accessed via electric gates with parking for 3 cars.
